Algebra 1
This class is the gateway math to the rest of high school and beyond. Algebra 1 will guide you through many areas of algebra including, but not limited to, expressions, systems of equations, functions, real numbers, inequalities, exponents, and polynomials.
Algebra 2
This class is a continuation of the Algebra 1. Students will continue more in depth studies of the subjects from Algebra 1 and add to that linear equations, inequalities, graphs, matrices, polynomials and radical expressions, quadratic equations, functions, exponential and logarithmic expressions.
Integrated Geometry
Integrated Geometry is presented to show the practical uses of geometry. Basic algebra meets geometry to show the everyday value in: architecture, real estate, construction, astronomy, drafting, flying, designing, carpentry and graphic art.
Statistics
This class gives students an introduction into the world of Statistics. Statistics play a role in our everyday lives as we try to make sense of an ever more complex world. With an understanding of statistics, including how numbers can be used and abused, students will become better informed members of our global community.
Pre-Calculus
This class will help students prepare for Calculus. In this class we further expand our knowledge in areas we have already studied and delve deeper into trigonometry, exponential and logarithmic functions, vectors and more.
Geometry
Geometry is the study of points, lines, planes, 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional figures. The study of geometry will help students better understand spatial relationships, the use of logic in defending statements, and how geometry fits into the world around us.
